Brief Answer:
Swelling due to soft tissue trauma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Eyelids being puffy or swollen after head injury, are most probably caused by local soft tissue contusion and small amounts of blood under the skin.

It is a process that will take its time and changes in skin color may happen in the incoming days.

Since you felt well and didn't experienced any symptoms that may indicate brain involvement (loss of consciousness, nausea, vomiting etc.) you don't have to worry about.

There is no specific treatment about this condition, Paracetamol is okay.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
