What Causes Pulsation In Abdomen?

I have noticed over the last week and a half or so that I can feel a pulse in my abdomen. It isnt causing any pain but I am very aware of it. It is more noticeable when I am lying down, and I think, if I look closely enough, I can see it pulsating slightly. I have also felt unusually hungry the last few days. I am 19, female, slim, keep fairly active, dont smoke, dont drink very often, have a good diet. I've been panicking about the possibility of an aortic aneurysm but I dont know if I'm just being paranoid and that it is just normal to feel a pulse in your abdomen... I dont have any family history of vascular disease or anything like that.

As the aorta will be passing in the central portion of the abdomen , you will feel the pulsation.
