Brief Answer:
hemorrhoids...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

this is probably hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are veins of the anus which may dilate and cause bleeding, pain (depending on their location) and various symptoms like itching, etc. Sometimes blood clots form inside their lumen and cause acute pain and swelling. You should visit your doctor for confirmation...

Watching your diet, water consumption and physical activity are the best ways to cope with hemorrhoids. Increased fiber consumption, physical activity, drinking water and regular visits to the toilet are essential to avoid constipation, which is the main cause of hemorrhoids.

Brief Answer:
it's a chronic condition that rarely causes serious problems

Detailed Answer:
Hemorrhoids may rarely cause serious problems. In most cases they are just annoying. A surgeon may remove them but it's not an easy thing to do and it's usually painful. Excessive bleeding may cause problems to patients who choose to neglect it. There is no medicine for it. You can only change your bowel habits and diet as I suggested in my previous answer. If you have constipation then you have to do deal with it. The hemorrhoids can only get worse. The body cannot fix the defective lumen.

A closer live look would help to exclude warts, although they don't look at all like warts in the picture, but pictures can sometimes be misleading. A real visit to the doctor for a closer look is necessary.

Kind Regards!
