Brief Answer: This is because of infection/inflammation of eyes. Detailed Answer: Hello Welcome to Health care magic Iam Dr. Dadapeer, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye. It seems from the history that you are having pus and water discharge from eyes on waking up and redness of eyes in the morning. This indicates infection or inflammation of the eyes in the form of conjunctivitis or because of dacryocystitis. The treatment for the condition is by use of antibiotic eye drops. I prefer to use broad spectrum antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops. If the cause is because of conjunctivitis, the condition will respond over a period of 5-7 days. If it is because of dacryocystitis caused by obstruction to the normal flow of tears from eyes to nose, it may require surgery to reestablish the flow of tears along with the antibiotic eye drops. Hence I advice you to use antibiotic eye drops as of now and if it is not responding you require consultation with ophthalmologist to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you. Thank you

Answered by Dr. Dadapeer K (9 minutes later)
Brief Answer: Toba Dm is antibiotic- steroid eye drop. Detailed Answer: Hello Thank you for the follow up Toba DM is a combination of tobramycin a antibiotics and dexamethasone a steroid used to treat eye inflammations and allergies. Dexamethasone being a potent steroid should not be used for long time as it may cause infections. Use it only for 7-10 days and if there is pain or yellow discharge discontinue the drops. The condition should subside by 7-10 days. If there is no response you need to use specific anti allergic drugs like olopatadine eye drops and need to consult eye doctor. Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you. Thank you
