Brief Answer: pyogenic granuloma Detailed Answer: Hello It is looking like pyogenic granuloma. The lesion need to be removed using a radiofrequency ablator. It can be easily done on opd basis by a dermatologist. The glands if neck are swollen because lymph from fingers drain to neck glands. Hence any injury to fingers will cause swelling in neck. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you
