Brief Answer:
Add Tylenol to drugs, avoid high altitudes!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this headache that you have reported. Your symptoms and experience make this very suggestive of high altitude related headaches. I will advice that you stay away from heights as much as you can for this is the bet way to prvent them. Though the height of the mountain doesn't seem too high, it is high enough to cause symptoms in you. To be safe and symptoms free, avoid similar heights in future. For now, add tylenol to advil for better control of headaches and faster recovery.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

i have a house ski in /ski out, i ski on weekends have been doing this for 14 years, i am planning to go back this weekend, could dehydration be a part of this as well? i had to go to the bathroom 8 times the night before, which is unusual, and then i was super sad all weekend, should i try again this weekend and see what happens?

Brief Answer:
Drink enough, try again and act on the outcome!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand this is something you do often and you are fun of. Getting off will not be an easy task. I will say let's take the chance of you going back and if these symptoms should occur again, then you better stop. Also, drink enough and drink much to ensure that there are no other possible explanations to your symptoms.

I wish you well and keep me posted and updated about this.

Brief Answer:
No stroke...No aneursym

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If it were a stroke or aneurysm you would have had neurological symptoms such as loss of sensation, ability to move hand, etc. There are none and these are not even possible explanations of your symptoms at this time. Or, are there any symptoms beside the headache that you have not reported to me?

I wish you well and keep me updated!

no, just the headache and then some nausea, i didn't throw up but felt off, i just got new glasses too so maybe that had somehting to do with it, i don't know, it scared me because it was a really bad headache and it moved from the back to the front, it came on really fast, right in the middle of a run, so i got freaked out, it is completely gone right now so i guess i am ok, i'll try this weekend and hope it doesn't come back, thanks
