Brief Answer:
Can be separate entities like nerve pains and acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if these both are separate entities as stomach pains usually refer to right upper shoulder and a referred pain to left shoulder is either through heart or pleurtic pain from left side of the chest or diaphragm due to irritation of phrenic nerve. It can also be due to some local muscle spasm and stomach belching can be entirely a separate entity. To start with, an EKG and a chest Xray may be needed to rule out other associated serious conditions and if normal can be treated with OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for muscle spasms alongwith relaxants like orphenidrine or tizanidine. Meanwhile stomach belching can be dealt with motility agents like domperidone alongwith antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
