Brief Answer:
It is due to nerve compression in spine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Pain is more specially on walking or prolong standing. Since nerve supplied from thigh to knee so pain is there in whole limb. I have following advised for you.
1. Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet Pregabalin M at night time.
3.Avoid forward bending and lifting weight. Also do not do jerky activities. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
