Brief Answer:
Physical therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You seem to have nerve pain pain because of lesser space at the wrist joint probably ulnar nerve. You also need xray of the wrist joint first if any bony prominences are compressing nerve. I suggest only physical therapy at this point in time. You should see a chiropractor or physical therapist in your area for initial demonstration and hand holding of exercises, later you can practice at home.

Wrist band might be partially helpful. Most important do not press over the joint that causes pain and avoid all activities that cause pain.

Please go see for physical therapy along with Aleve.
