What Causes Radiating Pain In Left Breast, Arms, Hands And Fingers?
Question: I am a female with many medical issues. I have an arithium that turns into a flutter, copd, osteoporosis which is severe, two back surgeries, am treated for depression. For the last 3days I have had very extreme pain under my left breast that goes down my arm and hand into my fingers. I take a fentanyl 50mg patch every 72 hours and OxyCod/acetaminophen 10-325mg every 8 hours prescribed by my pain doctor and shots in my lower back helps my back but does not help my arm pain. Should I be concerned

1. No triggers. May occur in afternoon or wake me up in the middle of night.
2. Housewife, retired. Unable to concentrate from pain and stop whatever activity I am currently engaged in.

5. Am treated for copd, stage four emphysema. On 2 liters o2 12 hrs a day. No additional difficulties associated with this pain. Went to heart dr today, and rec'd
script for nitro. First time for this. Associated for this is also severe headaches on top of head.
