default
Posted on Wed, 10 Aug 2016
Question: Hello I'm not sure but I think it's spasms. It started Fri to get worse. It starts from my spine then goes to the right side across and up to the right shoulder. Then to the front under the right breast. I lay on heat then cold and then I can get up and move. It's like something is pulling in my lower back.

Brief Answer:
I think it is back muscle spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having back muscle spasm. In this condition there is tightness in back and with this there is difficulty in bending forward and moving. I have following suggestions for you.
1.ice is not useful as so as cold.So use hot water bath is useful.
2.tablet Myoril or Myospaz is useful. These are muscle relaxant and better then taking Ibuprofen alone. You can also take Oxycodone for pain relief.
3.voiltran gel local application.
4.avoid jerky activities and travelling.
It may take a week for pain to completely relieve. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
Thanks
