Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have viewed the images. I can see skin colored raised bumps at the base of shaft of penis which seem more like genital warts rather than molluscum. I request you to kindly upload a few more clear focussed mages so that i am absolutely sure about these.

Hi.
I have reviewed the Images.

I have no pain or itching, and thdt tend to go away bug its always when i shave. Any cream at the stores i may try?
Brief Answer:
Imiquimod cream is available but only on prescription
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist.
There is a cream available i.e Imiquimod 5% cream but that is a prescription medication. It has to be applied for at least 6 - 8 weeks. There are other medical options too e.g podophyllotoxin cream application but it is also a prescription medication.
Shaving creates minor superficial abrasions and therefore it would encourage spread of infection as it would help innoculate virus on neighboring skin.
