Question: what causes my monocyte absolute to be over twice as high as it should be and all the other levels in my body are good?

1. infection especially viral infection
2. any cause of inflammation like arthritis or diabetes etc.
3. stress
4. organ necrosis or organ damage due to loss/reduction of blood supply to an organ.
