What Causes Raised Reddish Dry Bumps On Face?

I exclude vitiligo; fungal infection is likely possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcare magic
I have gone through your query and I have seen the Image.
This is not a Vitiligo Patch.
Vitiligo patches are never raised; they are level with skin and devoid of all pigment (depigmented), therefore appear milky white.
The patch in this Image is not totally depigmented or milky white like vitiligo. It may be somewhat lighter than the surrounding skin color but not totally white therefore it is hypopigmented and not depigmented. Moreover it is raised above the surrounding skin therefore it excludes vitiligo.
This looks to me more like a fungal infection/tinea faciei Or else it is Pityriasis XXXXXXX which are nothing but light colored patches, found more common in those who have a dry skin.
I guess it must be a little itchy?
You may go for a 'KOH wet mount preparation' made from small amount of scale scraped from the surface of this patch, to look for fungal elements and that would be confirmatory.
Or else you may try an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily for 2-4 weeks.

thank you for the answer dr.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You may take an OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
