Question: I noticed these bumps for the past 2months now and they, hasn't changed in size but I feel it spread. Am worried this could be a genital wart. I have tested negative for all other stds. My sexual involvement was about 2months ago also.. need to be certain what this is. Couldn't go to a Gynecologist cos it's weekend.

Brief Answer:
possibly genital warts

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
They do appear like labial warts with skin coloured , raised bumps along the labial outline, which were made evident just 2 months back after you had a sexual encounter. As these were not present earlier, it is likely that you may have contracted an HPV strain from your partner which is the most common reason for genital warts here.
It is not herpes or molluscum as it is not painful or itchy at your end. The size has remained the same since last 2 months and hence the differential of genital warts is more appropriate. However the confirmation can be made by a swab test for cytology of detecting hpv or Through a HPV DNA contesting.
you should visit your physician for a local exam and the tests to confirm or rule out HPV.
Regards
