Brief Answer:
Need medical attention...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Rapid heart rate may or may not be due to benign causes; on many occasions, I found the cause to be anxiety. Based on your medication, I believe you are treated as anxiety. But since you are woken up with racing heart beat, I will not choose to ignore it. I am not sure if you have already undergone heart checks - ECG, echocardiogram, treadmill test/holter monitoring. If you haven't, it will be worthwhile to get them done.

Further you also report abnormal findings on routine blood reports including blood sugar and blood pressure. If you have those reports with you, please upload them on this page using this site's uploader. I shall review them and leave my comments.

Hope this suffices. Feel free to ask for clarifications.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Unhealthy life style eventually lead to diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Unhealthy life style eventually leads to diabetes. But before we get there there are some stages which may or may not come to our notice. You seems to have had episodes of hyperglycemia. However whether or not it's a singe event or a prediabetic state or diabetes can be determined by tests.

Dengue doesn't present like this. Perhaps there were other symptoms which made your doctors believe it was dengue. Moreover dengue is not the cause why one develops diabetes.

At this point of time, I request you to upload blood reports. I will like to review them especially Hba1c status before giving my comments.

Awaiting your response.

Regards
