Brief Answer:
it may be chicken pox

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Please try to attach the pictures , if possible!! You have a feature to upload the images by yourself on the right side of this query page.

Since the vesicles are already scabbing , then there is nothing much to worry about as scabbing is a sign that the infection is already resolving.

The scabs are infective and i would like you make sure that no other child/un immunized person goes near your kid , to prevent spreading the infection.

The scabs will cause a lot of itching , but i would like you to make sure that your child does not scratch them as it can cause scarring and super added bacterial infections.

You can give syrup phenargan 1 teaspoon two times a day, it will reduce the itching and can apply calamine lotion to soother the areas.

I would also like you to meet your pediatrician since vomiting is not commo in chicken pox and he may be developing an infection in his throat , which is a cause of concern.

Please dont worry , he will be fine!

Take care!
