Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear about type of implant, contents of it, reason for implant, photos of lesion ,any other complaints, or associated diseases or allergies etc.
Usually mild reactions like redness edema is common which subsides many times.
If there is allergy to contents in implant it may last longer and needs antihistamines like benadryl which you are on.Further hydrocortisone may be required.
It is better to consult the concerned doctor for further management. They usually see benefits versus risks and take decision.
If you want further clarification you can get back .
I will try to help you in this matter.
Thank you
Dr Bharatesh.
