What Causes Rash Beneath The Palm?

Question: Hello, Right beneath the palm of my hand I have a little rash with a center circle that is white. What is this? I attached a photo of it in the report section. Thanks!

I only had it for like 30 min when I took the picture. It was itchy. The redness has gone down but the middle circle is still there.

Brief Answer: Urticaria/Hive Detailed Answer: Hi. 30 min history suggests that it is more likely just an urticaria/hive. Urticaria or hive can present as a red flare around a central pale area. They are evanescent and disappear within a few minutes or hours after they form A topical soothing lotion e.g calamine would help you symptomatically with the itch,if any. An OTC antiallergic e.g cetrizine 10 mg or fexofenadine 180 would be enough in resolving it regards
