What Causes Rash On Penis Head Post Unprotected Sex?

Question: i have rash that is across the head of my penis and jot occurred right after unprotected sex with my partner. she does have the birth control that is vaginally inserted and i kept hitting it but it doesn't hurt to pee or itch its just sensitive to the touch. whats going on?

I have gone through the images, you have attached.
It looks like friction burns more. Chances of STD ("Sexually Transmitted Disease) associated skin rashes are very very rare.
But better to use condom from now onwards.
Avoid unprotected sex.
At present, wear cotton undergarments only, avoid moisture and keep proper hygiene of private parts.
This rash will mostly improve in 1 week. But if not improving or worsening than consult dermatologist and rule out STD s.

No need to apply any cream or drug at present. Avoid friction. Wear cotton undergarments only. Avoid sex and masturbation for atleast 15 days. Avoid unprotected sex in the future.
Avoid moisture and keep proper hygiene of private parts.
If not improving in 1 week time than consult dermatologist.
