Brief Answer:
kindly send few more good resolution pictures.
Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,
I very well remember you and hope that you must be doing good.
As I have gone through your pictures and correlated with your history it appears to be acneform eruptions or simply saying eruptions in relation to pimples.
But to confirm the same and guide you accordingly I require few more pictures of the best possible resolution.
I humbly request you to kindly send few more pictures showing different areas of the rash.
Hope to hear soon from your side.

Brief Answer:
"Acneform eruptions"-nothing to be worried about
Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks a lot for uploading good resolution pictures.
After analyzing the pictures I am pretty sure that the condition is "Acneform eruptions".
To telly you simply about the condition- We have our oil glands distributed all over the skin. At certain places it is present in higher number as well as secret more oil. These are present at face, back, shoulders and on chest area.
So whenever the activity is higher then these forms the rash which is reddish as well as there is formation of eruptions which are actually due to blockage of pores. It is the same kind of eruption of pimples which are present at face. SO you can have it on face, back, shoulders and on chest area.
You need not to be worried about teh same as it is usual and common occurrence in young people like you.
In my patients with such a problem I generally treat it with a combination of Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel mixed with calamine lotion. It is to be mixed in a proportion of 1:8 (means 1 part of Benzoyl peroxide and 8 parts of calamine lotion). TO be applied at night time or if not possible at night time then 1 hour beofre taking bath. It is to be applied gently and not to be rubbed vigorously.
Cold compression with a towel soaked in cold water helps a lot in reducing the itching as well as redness.
Wearing cotton clothes and avoiding synthetic clothes is quite helpful.
If depsite all the measure the things are not getting settled then you may require oral antibiotics such as doxycyline under dermatological guidance.
Overall to guide you, your eruptions are simple acne like eruptions and there is nothing t be worried about the same.
Hope to have provided you best information regarding your query. If you have any further queries I will be glad to help or if not then can close the query and rate the discussion.
