Brief Answer:
Rash

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question and looked at the picture.
The rash appears to be something she reacted to. this could be something she ingested or came in contact with, like a soap or detergent. Typically this type of rash can spread or migrate. They can be itchy though often, as in this case, they are not. They are not infectious.
Usually, these rashes resolve on their own after 1-2 weeks. If this happens, no further action is needed. No investigation into the cause is necessary. If, however,
the rash persists beyond 2 weeks, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
