Question: I have a rash developing around my eyelid , small of back , neck , both bicepts and lower stomic area is this shingles

I treat such cases with an oral antihistamine tablet like cetrizine to be taken daily at bed time for a week.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for the same duration.
