Brief Answer:
You may wait for 2 to 3 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query and seen the attached image.

From the picture, yes it looks to be having urticaria, is a skin condition with raised, red, itchy bumps which is also known as hives.

Hives or urticaria could also occur as a result of physical touch, pressure, heat, cold, anxiety, exertion apart from allergic to certain food.

Since you have already taken benadryl, then you can also try other class of drugs like mat cell stabilizers.

1) Continue with benadryl or you may also take Cetirizine 10 mg twice daily till the rashes disappears.

2) Montelukast one tablet daily can also be added if it does not subside with benadryl/cetrizine alone but it is a prescription drug and you will need to see some local doctor or GP for it.

3) A topical soothing lotion (calamine lotion) to be applied over rashes or hives would also be helpful symptomatically.

4) Keep a good eye on thing which is causing the allergic reaction. e.g dust, particular food, clothing etc.

I would expect the rashes will start improving in 2 to 3 days till then your daughter can wait and in case not, then it would be advisable to see some nearby doctor preferable a dermatologist who may order routine blood counts with ESR after careful inspection this rashes.

Hope this will help you.Let me know if you have more questions.
