Question: Hi had sex using condom with prostitute .but we had tongue kiss deep kiss ...I had some rash on my lips...do u need to worry of hiv

Hi Dr.

As i told i had protected sex using condom, with deep kissing with prostitute with some cracks on my lips.
You told no worries but after 14 days i got Diarrhea for last 2 days i have it. Though i have my dinner out side but this Diarrhea thing giving me nightares. I am not able to sleep.
How conclusively Diarrhea symptoms is... i am going through under immense mental pressure.

Yesterday i changed my food and stomach is fine no more Diarrhea like thing.
but again today i noticed below my left ear near neck very slight not sure its swollen lymph node or what but when i put my finger there i notice something.
as people says swollen lymph is indication of hiv...is it so
when i think about my sex on 12 days back i did nothing risky apart from deep kiss of 1 minute. but again i got fear factor

Hi Dr,

As i told you i did kissing and protected sex with prostitute , but didnt mention earlier that i had insertive vaginal sex around 2 mnts with condom than i did masturbation.
Now my fear is that may hiv from vaginal fluid came on condom than i did masturation around 3 mnts with my hand (all the way condom was on its place), but while removing condom i may have accidently touch top point of my penis with my hand. (hiv from vaginal fluid to condom to my hand to penis) Will this put me on a high rissk.
Now it is 23rd day and last two days i have sore throat. its unusual coz in XXXXXXX summer how come i have sore throat.
So ia have pain in my lower neck area besides both side of tonsil and i felt some thing swollen thing earlier below my my left ear and now on right side of ear. Though its gone in two days.
No fever, no rash ...but these symptoms again started haunting me...

The way of transmission is very unusual and I have not seen any patient getting HIV in this way so no need to worry and avoid thinking much on that.

Sore throat and swollen tonsils may be due to viral throat infection other than HIV which is very usual even in summer also. Consult ENT specialist and follow the treatment regime as adviced. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation for fast relief.

You also need to calm down your anxiety or fear of HIV because it is somtimes also causing you many health issues so be relaxed, forget about incidence and move ahead in life as you are absolutely safe.

So lower jaw, neck, throat related pain, few days back ulcer on tongue and two days swollen lymp thing on both side s can be isolated. Have you ever came across like it situation.
I feel v scary even somtimes tp reaches 99.1 i feel scary.
Any rough idea of window period and how long the symtoms last.

I am unable to find any clinic in XXXXXXX who provide 4th gen HIV duo test. When i ask duo they tell HIV1 n HIV2 test. Can you please provide any specific address or clinic in XXXXXXX The test is called as fourth generation duo test right.

Lab guy told, do i need qualitative or quantitative RNA PCR, Sir which one to choose. it will take 5 days for result.
I will donate blood XXXXXXX at 9 AM, by then i will have 26 days 17 hrs of my protected sex. This time window is enough to get some conclusiveness? (though not 100% but at least 95%).
Sir have u come across such cases when protected sex with Hiv infected ppl causes hiv...

Plz tell me any pkg test names, which i do need to be tested for STDs. It would be normal checkups after three months mark.
