Question: Hi, I am having rashes in under arm. Can you suggest therapy for this.

Brief Answer:
Ringworm infection, oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be ringworm infection which is a fuungal infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical antifungals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily and apply terbinafine cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Besides this keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothes, stay in cool airy environment and avoid sharing of soap and towel.
