Brief Answer:
Take an antibiotic course.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
The redness has reappeared.
You should take a course of an antibiotic.
I'll advise you to take a Ciprofloxacin-Tinidazole combination tablet, twice daily for for 5 days. Apply the ointment over the area of redness, at the same time.
Gradually it should resolve.
Your doctor will give you the prescription.
Avoid too much soap there while bathing.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Antibiotic tablet with the neosporin ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX.
The photo appears to show some redness over the area.
You can certainly use soap, but keep it dry.
You should take the tablet after meals ,twice daily.
It's available only in one strength. You can start it today if possible.
It should disappear in a few days.
There's nothing to worry about.
Also, you can keep on clearing your doubts, as and when they arise.
It's always better to clear your doubts, than let it grow in your minds.
As it's said, "the mind controls the body".
Get well soon.

Brief Answer:
Marked improvement in a day.!!

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Your latest picture shows remarkable improvement.
Was just wondering, if you need to take a full course of 5 days,or stop in 3 days.
But i think, it's better to complete the full 5 days course.
I don't want another recurrence question.
I advise you to keep off researching the net, regarding a minor issue.
Most people start checking if, their problem could be the worst scenario. HIV or cancer..?? Hope you're not doing the same..
Be practical. You're among the few privileged people, to immediately clear your worries, with an experienced Urologist.
Don't lose sleep without reason. Music is a great healer.
Though you're not in the same category, i advise patients in hospital that,
'Prayer is the greatest 'Healer'. Leave your worries and tensions to"HIM".
Doctors are mortal humans only. Keep that in mind always.
Get back to routine.

I have never come across a doctor so loving and genuine like you honestly. Am an orthodontist and I have come across so many too but the word compassion I have felt it only from u by just your words. Waiting to eagerly meet u in person. Hopefully in Cochin. Thank u for rebuilding my confidence and inner self to assure myself that I can be healed and be safe and I pray that I heal out of this situation as early as possible with your guidance and treatment and care.

Brief Answer:
Most welcome anytime.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Glad to know, you're in the same fraternity.
Are you from XXXXXXX ?
You can understand, how important it's for your patient, to smile with straight teeth.
And the gratification you feel.
You must definitely have come across people, who read about gingivitis on the net, and check the differential diagnosis. Cancer is there..!!
Now i can convey you in medical lingo.
The patience it needs,to correct the mal-occlusion, if present, and finally, get them to smile straight, real broadly. That will remain in your memory too.
Your problem is like a mild gingivitis.
So i can see the broad smile on your face.
Keep smiling.
