What Causes Rectal Pain And Bleeding From Rectum?

Question: Pain in anus is it cancer i have pain for the past 2 days bleading was there at the staring at the starting of motion after applying pilex it stoped. Bleading was also little. Now no bleading. I have pain alone for past 2 days. Is anul cancer paiful no other symptoms s there.

As per your description, it looks like fissure in ano. Pain and bleeding are characteristic features. In Anal cancer, apart from this there will be some growth. It will be confirmed by digital examination of Anal canal.

Please drink plenty of liquids , fresh fruits and high fiber diet. Your stools should be soft. If it is fissure, it will reduce.

Please consult your doctor and get checked clinically per rectally and rule out any cancerous growth.

Sir my doctor inspected me a day before and she ask me to give full pressure to my tummy by one leg foalded and she said its only fissure. For more than 2 months when i wash after i pass my stool there was burning sensation till i wash alone so i dint bother about it. But not as bleading started and now pain was there i am more bothered about cancer. Always when ever some pain comes like this i worry about will it be a cancer by coralating more things. Now i feel some 50 % better after applying pilex. Thanks for your reply

Does the cancer is painless. I am more worried about cancer only. For past 10 years i am worried on cancer only. Where ever i get pain i fell will ir be a cancer . I apply pilex in my finger only but at that time i feel only pain and i dont feel any lump till my pointing fnger goes it. Is it not wrong in putting oinment in my finger and applying it .

You should clean your finger and apply piles.
You can wear a sterile surgical glove and apply.
As you are worrying since 10 years, you go for digital examination and proctoscopic examination by your Surgeon. If there is anything suspicious lesion, it can be removed partially or totally and send for histopathological examination. This is the only way to confirm the diagnosis.
Most common cause of pain is fissure in ano in my clinical practice.

Sir i more thankfull to you. As per your advice i went to a gastrosurgen and he made digital exam and said no lesion is there and there is a crack and he gave me semiultracet for pain and after taking it i feel better from pain i take morning one and night one is it no prob. Pain was mainly when i sit. When i walk it was better. How much time will it take to recover from pain i applied ruticool now surgen has given anovite which one is better .

Sir do u say the pain releif is not because of pain killer and its because of diet i take in and flesh. The stool ahould not be hard and loose. Normaly how many days will it take to come out of it .

You can't take analgesics daily for prolonged period due to side effects.
It is the diet which cures this disease permanently.
