What Causes Rectal Pain And Bleeding Post Colon Polypectomy?

Cause for bleeding although recent removal of polyp needs to be determined
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would recommend you visit a doctor as blood loss on a regular basis is no joke and will most certainly require medical attention. Although you are passing a small amount of blood in frequent intervals, this amounts to a lot over a day or 2, or more.
Such blood loss can result in serious circumstances, and I would strongly urge you to visit a doctor and seek medical attention, and also to undergo a colonoscopy and remain undergo observation until the bleeding stops. Unfortunately there is no other way, and this has to be done ma'am.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

What do you think is wrong?
Could be ma'am; mild pain killers only, list of possibilities given for you
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
I cannot really be sure on whether or not this is an infection; I can prescribe an antibiotic ma'am, but only once the infection is confirmed which requires a blood investigation and a stool analysis at the least. And if it is not an infection, then your body may result in developing a resistance to the the antibiotic used.
You can take a mild pain management medication like paracetamol or tylenol, but nothing more strong orally as it will only make the current condition of your GIT (gastrointestinal tract) worse.
I think there could either be a breakthrough bleed from the same site where the previous polyp was removed, or this could be a new presentation, ongoing infection, could be a new condition (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome), could be a new polyp, etc. As I said ma'am, it is honestly difficult for me to comment more accurately without investigations, but the above list of possibilities are more commonly seen that the others that I have not listed.
Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any help or clarifications.
Best wishes.
