Brief Answer:
Frictional keratosis, leukoplakia, remove the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the white lesion is concerned it can be a frictional keratosis or leukoplakia. The causes for recurrence can be failure to remove the causes like sharp cusp of teeth or smoking (if you have the habit). So consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
If possible upload the images of the lesion so that I can give you the exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope I have answered your query. If any queries are there reply me back. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Medication, histopathological examination, confirm diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feed back.
The swelling might be because of the inflammatory reaction following surgical removal of the white patch.
You need to take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic). You need to take an anti inflammatory drug like serratiopeptidase.
The swelling will come down in 3 days. If the lesion persists even after removal of the lesion by surgical excision then you need to send the excised tissue for stopathological examination to confirm the diagnosis. Later on we can treat accordingly. You need to quit the habit of smoking.
Please upload the image of the lesion once the swelling comes down.

Brief Answer:
Post surgical fibrosis, medications
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feed back.
Nothing to worry about the white area in the previously excised lesion area. This can be because of the fibrosis which has occurred following surgical removal of the lesion. This is common following any surgical procedure. But if there is any white areas next to the operated site then you need to get it evaluated. Men while you can take keratinolytic and antioxidants like vitamin A, Beta carotenes and vitamin B6 and B12. (Capsule Lycopene or lycored). You should quit the habit of smoking.
Any how you upload the images of the lesion site where you have white patch now. I will see and let you know the diagnosis.
