I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understands your health concerns.
Is your partner have any genital tract infection? Do you have any burning micturation or discharge from urethra? is there any lymph node swelling in groin?
Based upon the history , it is difficult to comment. You really need to be examined by a physician before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn.
As far as dishidrotic eczema is concerned, it mostly involves hands and feet and is not associated with these blisters.
It is most probably a viral infection and may have got secondary bacterial component. If i am your attending physician i will definitely advise a course of antibiotics from Quinolones group, to prevent any secondary bacterial infection. Viral infection get heal on its own in a week time. I will not advise any topical cream for it without actual examining. it would be better if you send me the pictures of blisters so that best management can be done for you.
Meanwhile stay calm and maintain adequate hygiene and avoid any sexual contact till blisters heal up. Meet your physician.
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask.

i really appreciate your follow up.
It would be better if you send me the pictures of blister so that more proper advise can be given.
Since there is no history of burning micturation and discharge, so it probably excludes urinary tract infection.
But still there is need to take antibiotics. If I am your attending physician I will advise you from Quinolones group particularly moxifloxacin for five days. I can't advise clobetasol ointment without actually seeing the blisters..
Hope your query is addressed, if you still have any feel free to ask.
