What Causes Recurrent Burning Sensation In Penis Post Non Penetrative Sexual Activity?

default
Posted on Thu, 15 Oct 2015
Question: I have an on and off again burning and itching sensation in my penis , balls, and anus area. No penis discharge or much difficulty urinating. I had some contact with a massage lady. There was no intercourse but she may have brushed her genetalia against my non erect penis although briefly. I'm thinking I may have contracted something but then I'll have a day where I feel fine. What are my odds of hiv.contraction

Brief Answer:
Chlamydia, gonorrhea or herpes can give such symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Chlamydia or herpes can give such symptoms. So better to go for a swab test for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
HIV is also possible if the secretions touched the mucous membrane. But chances are less as there is not much contact or intercourse. Better to go for a HIV rapid test 4th generation for this.
Even though if chlamydia and gonorrhea is negative, i would suggest a week therapy with doxycycline to be on safe side.

Hope this may help you. Let m know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
