Question: Thin shallow crack in skin at base of penis head (circumcised) where head and shaft meet. Red and slightly swollen skin just below skin crack before junction of shaft and head. Used KETOCONAZOLE for 2 months but during sex skin tears and skin burns with contact.

There is nothing to worry it appears to be a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with ointment mupirocin and have seen excellent response with that.
