Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Iodine or multivitamins does not cause vertigo. It should be treated supportively till 21st when you visit the doctor. Till then supportive remedies, over the counter motion sickness remedies like antivert and careful walk preferably use of a stick to prevent tripping or fall will help . Rest assured treatment of underlying cause will be sorted out on 21st when you visit your doctor. Ear causes specially inner ear one, vestibular functions need to be addressed. Heart functions need to be looked at as well.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
