Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Head Ache

I have been having stomach pain, easily get motion sickness (especially in the car), headache for the last several days, tired, trouble sleeping, not much of an appetitie, drink tons of liquid, bowl movents are good (more frequent than normal). What does this mean? I dont have insurance so I cant afford going to the doctor. So, far I have tried more liquids (such as water and tea), make myself eat (even when I really dont want to), and pain meds for the headache. Nothings worked so far.

Hello,

Excess eating or taking excess fluids won't help in headache and it will increase your stomach pain. You can take OTC drugs like Ibuprofen for headache and promethazine for motion sickness. This should help.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shubham Mehta, Psychiatrist
