Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.could be a viral fever.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting helathcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of viral fever. But we have to rule out conditions like malaria because it can cause profound sweating especially in night.
I suggest you to consult a general physician and get the following things done:-
(1)- Do basic blood investigations like CBC and urine routine. You can repeat the same if you had done it already.
(2)- Do a peripheral smear examination to rule out malaria. In advanced centers you can go dipstick test instead of peripheral smear.
(3)- You can take acetaminophen(paracetamol) for fever and pain.
(4)- A short course of simple antibiotics like amoxicillin can be tried empirically
(5)- Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. This will help to provide symptomatic relief and boost his overall energy level.
(6)- Antihistamines like cetrezine can be used in case of symptoms like rhinitis and runny nose.
Most cases resolve with this conservative measures like with in few days. If symptoms persist despite all these additional investigations like Widal test(to rule out typhoid) NS1(to rule out dengue fever) may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
