Brief Answer:
Likely to be seizure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

She appears to be having seizures.Recurrent events associated with loss of consciousness which gradually recovers after 30 minutes,is typical for seizures.

Paralysis most commonly manifests with difficulty in moving limbs on one side and not all four limbs.Further, paralysis is not commonly associated with loss of consciousness.

Please tell a few details-
1)Did she had tongue bite?
2)Was frothing from mouth associated?
3)History of neck twisting, clonic movements of limbs during the episode?
4)Any other past medical history?

Please follow up with details so that I can answer your query better.

Seizures/MRI Brain

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Seizure is the working diagnosis in her case. She must get a MRI Brain done along with Electroencephalogram(EEG) done to approach the diagnosis.

However, she should be started on antiepileptic therapy,on basis of strong clinical suspicion.PLEASE TAKE TREATMENT UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.
