Brief Answer:
needs further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

Ketones trace: Usually ketones present in uncontrolled diabetic . Since repeated UTI is also a feature of diabetes I advice you to check for Glucose tolerance test. This is to check for sugar levels at different time points with sugar intake and hence help in diagnosis.

Protein trace: Low levels of protein in urine are normal. Small increases in protein in urine usually aren't a cause for concern, but larger amounts may indicate a kidney problem.

Leukocyte esterase: It is screening test used to detect white blood cells in the urine. Along with this WBC 3-5/HPF is present. So this raised level may mean you have a urinary tract infection.

Casts may present due to any recent UTC, kidney or ureteric stones injuring the mucosa, kidney problem etc. Since you had numerous UTI in past, the cast may be due to it.

Trace of protein, WBC (leuk esterase), Cast may be present in any local injury due to ureteric stones or in infection.

Culture shows no growth and this suggest effectiveness of recent antibiotics used for UTI or no infection right now.

So in summary, before you seek professional help you needs to get evaluated for diabetes, renal function test and an ultraund scanning of abdomen and pelvis may be helpful to rule out if any problem. If UTI symptoms like burning micturition, urgency or fever present then needs to take a course of antibiotic. Mean time drink plenty of water.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.
Regards
