Brief Answer:
its urticaria and needs anti allergic medicines

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns.
After reviewing your history and picture it appear to be urticaria. For how long its been there? Does it lasts for more than 24 hours?
Is it comes and goes?
It has many causes and it needs to be investigated. Generally first episode which lasts less than 24 hours doesn't need investigation. It should be treated with anti allergic medicines.
If I am your attending physician I will get your full blood count with ESR, autoimmune status and thyroid antibodies. There is need to look for other signs of allergy like wheeze etc.
Cold, heat, Sun , infections may also precipitate it.
Stay calm and meet Dermatologist for proper management.
You should take cetrizine 10 mg daily in order to control it.
Hope it helps, feel free to write me on HCM any time.
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan

Brief Answer:
meet dermatologist...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I really appreciate your follow up.

As far as my opinion is concerned, chronic urticaria need to be investigated. Seeing a dermatologist is a right option and he will engage other specialities like endocrinologist, rheumatologist if he feels.

Meet your dermatologist and maintain proper follow up.

Hope it helps
