Brief Answer:
Seems to be candidal infection, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at Healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems you are having recurrent episodes of candidal infection which is a fungal infection.
I would like to ask you whether you are taking any long term antibiotics?
Whether your sexual partner is having any vaginal discharge or itching?
Have you gone for routine urine examination?
Kindly revert back with the answers.

Brief Answer:
prolonged maintenance therapy with antifungal agents , urine examination

Detailed Answer:
You should go for urine routine examination to exclude the presence of sugar in your urine.

Besides this in such caese I recommend my patients to maintain personal hygiene, apply Sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily along with tablet Fluconazole 150 mg twice weekly for 2 weeks.

Since it is recurring so I also recommend my patients to go for maintenance therapy with antifungal drugs.

I suggest them to take either Itraconazole 400 mg once monthly or Fluconazole 150 mg once weekly for 6 months.
