What Causes Red And Brown Spots On Glans Penis After Oral Sex?

Question: Hello doctors, After receieved an oral sex my penis XXXXXXX and corona keep chamging in colours
It was not look like this before
All tested for STDs back up negatives
My glans now becoming dicolotation woth red spot, brown dots and swelling on the tip of penis " opening urethra "
It been almost 4 months now, please help me doctors and so worries and got anxiety now cant sleep at all even taking sleeping pill grom my family doctor :(
Any idea and advise please

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed chronic infection of glans penis following oral sex .

Oral cavity is habitat for plenty of bacterial flora hence it is more common to get infection of glans after having oral sex .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Tab CEFIXIME 200mg Twice daily for 5 days along with anti inflammatory drug like Tab DICLOFENAC 75mg twice daily for 3 days .

Along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Do not worry it will get cured with this treatment .

I just to pharmacy the nurse said this is prescribtion so ive to meet my doctor first
So what should i do?
Will my doctor help me send this prescribtion to the pharmacy?
With the Neosporin do i have to aply all over my glnas or just on the swelling doctor?
Inside the opening urethra also kinda swelling or kinda irritated grow skin
