Brief Answer:
Seems to be lichen planus, apply topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you seem to be having lichen planus which is a chronic immune mediated disease of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
If the area is itchy take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.

Can continue with clobetasol propionate cream for another 2 weeks

Brief Answer:
Can go for sex, it is safe
Detailed Answer:
You can go for sex.
It is safe to go for sex as lichen planus is not a sexually transmitted disease.
It won't interfere with your sexual life.
