Sir i here by attecahed the photo in fresh. U can see some skin pealied colour in 1st photo in the tip and also the white patches comes when i move the skin and after sone time it disappears. Pls see any thing wrong and reply asap

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. Possibly you have a fungal infection which is responsible for the red / white patches. Redistribution of the blood flow on pressure is another cause. It is not a cause for concern. Apply Candid (clotrimazole) powder and/or lotion topically and that should provide relief.
