What Causes Red Blotches On The Chest, Shoulders And Back While On Lisinopril?
Question: I had a dental appointment on XXXXXXX 1. I had high blood pressure so I went to a physician and was prescribed a 5MG tablet of lisinopril. Later that day I had xrays and had a tooth removed. I have taken one tablet of lisinopril each day. Late on XXXXXXX 2 I first noticed a red blotchy area of skin, starting where my neck meets my chest and goes over my shoulders and across my back, six inches wide. I was also taking 2 ibuprophen and 1 acetamenaphen every four hours for the dental pain. The spots or blotches are still there today, XXXXXXX 5, but not as bright red. Bitewings and a panoramic radiographic image were taken. What do you feel happened?
