She doesnt seem to have anything but recently shes been discharging a white fluid thats smells like fish. The itchiness comes an goes thru-out the day , its random. The bump that i had was very noticable an very red an swollen right after sex . Sometimes i feel like the itch is coming from inside my penis right at the tip.
Brief Answer:
Treat empirically for scabies
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would suggest an empirical treatment for scabies, for both of you, even though she is asymptomatic, because she might still be in the incubation period.
A single application of 5% Permethrin OR 1% GBHC (Gamma Benzene Hexachloride), from neck downwards to the whole body, with particular attention to the body folds, genitalia, finger webs etc.
All the clothings including bed sheets, pillow covers, towels etc should be thoroughly washed or dry cleaned before reusing.
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily in the evening would provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

What is this called ? What i have on my penis ? Its not anything sexual right ? How did i get this?
Brief Answer:
Scabies
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It is likely to be Scabies.
It can happen on genitalia, wrists, finger webs, thighs, buttocks, lower abdomen, arms and legs. The lesions resemble bug bites/insect bites and usually there is intense itching associated, specially at night.
It can be acquired non-sexually in close contacts e.g family members and the transmission in not necessarily sexual. Therefore it is important to treat all the close contacts empirically even if they are asymptomatic, as they might be incubating.
