What Causes Red Bump On The Clitoris?
Your excellent description is just not enough.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Skin in the genital area is susceptible to all the changes that occur to the skin anywhere else in the body. What are you describing in such great detail could be as simple inclusion cyst of the hair bearing area and not at all important. On the other hand a single painless genital lesion could represent the first stage of syphilis. Unfortunately if it's not diagnosed at this time the lesion will resolve on its own but the syphilis will continue to grow and eventually affect the entire neurological system and brain.
I agree that it is not herpes which is always painful. Beyond that i can only suggest that you see your gynecologist and have the area examined cultured and possibly biopsied.
Thank you for consulting us and I hope you find this guidance helpful.
I am sorry I worried you so gravely.

The point I was trying to make is that this requires an office visit for diagnosis. can lie dormant for many years but it usually is not picked up unless it is looked for. A simple blood test of your partner will answer whether or not he's ever been exposed. Even after treatment people can carry the marker for the rest of their lives. There are some false-positive tests and those need to be followed up with the confirmatory test. More than likely this is a simple benign condition but I cannot be absolutely sure and neither can you without an examination.
