Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Image. Unfortunately the Image is not clear at all and therefore I am unable to make out skin lesions.
I request you to upload a better Image (preferably 2-3 Images from different areas) so that I am able to guide you better.
Also provide me more information regarding your skin problem..
-Do you have any associated symptoms like itching?pain? etc
-Are the bumps dry Or Is there any fluid/ pus discharge from the bumps?

Brief Answer:
Skin Infection; Oral antibiotics and topical antibacterial ointment.
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the Images.
Seems most likely a bacterial skin infection.
If I was the treating doctor I would also suggest you to take an Oral antibiotic for a week.
My choice of an oral antibacterial would be either Amoxycillin 500 mg Or Cephalexin 500 mg, three times a day, for a week.
Oral antibiotics would help resolve the infection faster. Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and therefore I suggest that you talk to your doctor for the needful.
Topically you may use an Over the counter, topical antibacterial e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a week.
Kindly ensure that your blood sugar is under control.

Brief Answer:
Uncontrolled blood sugar might cause repeated bacterial infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Since you are a known diabetic, therefore, kindly ensure that your blood sugar levels are within normal limits.
Blood sugar if not well controlled with medications might be the reason for repeated bacterial skin infections.
You may use topical antibacterial i.e 2% mupirocin as advised earlier.
Oral antibiotics, can cause diarrhea and loose stools because of alteration of intestinal flora.
I suggest that you take a different antibiotic e.g Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for a week if cephalexin is causing diarrhea
Ciprofloxacin is a prescription medication and therefore I suggest that you take it under supervision of your doctor.
Also can take lactobacillus spores i.e Vizylac capsule once daily. Consuming curd would help restore normal intestinal flora.
