What Causes Red Colored Bump Under Chin Oozing Clear Pus?

Question: Last night I was sitting outside and all of a sudden I felt like a bump under my chin and it started turning red getting a little bigger and when I squeeze it clear plus comes out what can that be

In this location most probable reason of such bump is an ingrown hair or hair follicle inflammation. Pus presence definitely indicates inflammatory process.
As you have already drained it, it should get healed without any action.
Please keep it dry and clean. If it wont get better in few days, consult dermatologist.

It's a little bit bigger it's red and I can't squeeze it because it hurts now
