Brief Answer:
It is due to allergic reaction to vaginal secretions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.

Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that you have developed red dots on glans of your penis after having sex with your girl friend.

Was it a protected sex or unprotected sex?

This is due to allergic reaction to either vaginal secretions of your girl friend or to the chemicals used in condom as lubricants .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical steroidal cream for local application.

If you had unprotected sex ask your girl friend to consult qualified Gynecologist for necessary treatment.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
