What Causes Red Lines And Discoloration On Penis?
Question: I am a 21 year old male. I had unprotected sex with a female in the first week of July. I now have what appears to be small red lines at the bottom of my penis. it doesn't burn when I urinate but they do sting after masterbation or sex. I had some discoloration of the shaft before these appeared but it mostly went away after I used calamine lotion and baby powder. I have an attachment that was taken this morning. I have no allergies as far as I know and I always wear cotton underwear. I have recently applied anti fungal cream to this area. I have no flu like symptoms and I feel fine. Is this just caused by excessive masterbation or sex, or could it be an std? I have looked up pictures of herpes and I don't think this is it. thank you.

Retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.
